新型破乳剂主要用于油田采出液、油田污水、含油污水、焦化污水、焦油污水，乳化液污水、机加工污水、切削液污水，油脂污水、脱脂液污水及高浓度难降解污水等。

1、取100mL的烧杯乳化液污水，在充分搅拌的情况下，投加该药剂，先从0.02mL逐步增加药剂量，继续搅拌并观察污水与药剂的反应，如果出现很小絮体，停止投加药剂，记录投加量。

2、配制0.01—0.03%聚丙烯酰胺溶液（pam阳离子），在第一步的基础上投加pam溶液，观察污水絮体情况，记录投加量。

3、pam选用，最好准备阴阳离子，以做小试为最佳。
